Fajita Spice Mix

Makes approx 25 ml

2 tspn onion powder or granules
½ tspn ground cumin
2 tspn garlic powder or granules
½ tspn dried oregano
1 tspn chilli powder
¼ tspn black peppercorns
¼ tspn cayenne pepper
Preparation
Grind the peppercorns to a powder in a pestle and mortar.
Thoroughly mix together all the ingredients.
Store in a small jar and keep in a cool and dark place.
