C41 Spice Mix Powder
Ingredients
| 4 parts turmeric |
2 parts ground cumin |
| 4 parts medium curry powder (see note 2) |
1 part garam masala |
| 4 parts ground coriander |

Preparation
- Choose a measuring spoon that will be equal to 1 part such as 1 tspn or ½ tspn.
- Then combine the ingredients using this basic measurement.
Notes
(1) Store the spice mixture in a sealed jar and, preferably, keep in a cool and dark place.
